Krista Vindberga

Krista Vindberga (born 1989) is a visual artist working across media and scales, from small, carefully crafted drawings to large-scale scenographies for theater and opera collaborations. Her works fuse visual art and scenography into spatially intense, symbolic forms. Vindberga has held several solo exhibitions, participated in international shows, and received awards including recognition at the Prague Quadrennial (2019) and the Latvian National Theatre Award. She has twice been nominated for the Purvītis Prize, and her works are held in the collections of the Latvian National Museum of Art, the Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art, and private collections.
